Curriculum Details
Curriculum type

Curriculum planning
Curriculum layout corresponds with the children’s developmental characteristics and needs. It covers various studies, and it enhances and enriches children’s learning experience according to their ability.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
Design integrated curriculum, incorporate the elements of language and music into all the learning activities, provide comprehensive and interesting learning experience for children. Capitalize on community resources, and participate in community activities broaden children’s learning experience. For example, we organize children to visit “Road Safety Town”, primary schools, etc.
Assessment of children’s learning experiences
Evaluate children’s learning experience to form continuous observation, and record children’s development in every aspect with different assessment tools, in order to establish Children Learning Portfolio, and to share regularly with parents.

Moreover, we provide support and partnership with parents to develop children's good habits & self learning.

We provide adaptation programme for new admission, preparation programme for primary one admission & referral to relevant social services in cooperation with other community institutions. Our ‘Educational Psychology and Developmental Support Services” formed by Education psychologist and social workers offer professional consultation, assessment, early identification, counseling and individual/group trainings services.
Support to non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students
Received Grant for Support to NCS Students; appoint additional teaching staff / teaching assistants to support NCS students learning Chinese; create an enriched language environment for mastery of the Chinese language; facilitate professional development for teachers to develop effective strategies to help NCS students learn Chinese.
