Curriculum planning
Children engage in diverse learning activities (e.g., hypothesis testing, observation, verification) to reinforce existing knowledge and develop new experiences, knowledge, and skills for holistic growth.
British and American foreign teachers teach small groups and large classes daily, enabling children to enhance English fluency, communication confidence, and cross-cultural understanding.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
Children learn through play and various methods like large group instruction, small group discussions/experiments, outdoor observations, and special lectures to enhance their interest in learning. Foreign teachers from different nationalities personally teach English in small groups, using activities like singing, storytelling, educational games, and outdoor observations to provide a practical and interactive English learning experience.
Assessment of children’s learning experiences
The effectiveness of teaching and learning is examined through ongoing observation and record-keeping. Individual learning profiles are established for each child, including their learning outcomes in various units and their performance in different developmental areas. This allows parents to gain insight into their child's development.
