Curriculum planning
Our curriculum, aligned with the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide," focuses on children's interests and holistic development across moral, intellectual, language, social, aesthetic, and spiritual domains for balanced growth. We use engaging English and Mandarin games and activities to boost children's bilingual and trilingual skills, enhancing their language abilities and sparking their interest in learning new languages. Dedicated to developing children's knowledge, skills, and attitudes, our curriculum lays a strong foundation for their future learning and life.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
Our kindergarten employs innovative methods such as activity-based learning, picture book teaching, and learning through play, merging these with daily experiences to improve curriculum practicality. We frequently organize outdoor visits and provide extracurricular activities in music, arts, and sports to encourage holistic development. These varied approaches aim to promote each child's overall growth in a joyful learning environment.
Assessment of children’s learning experiences
Through thematic assessments and semester evaluations, we systematically track each child's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. Continuous observations and "Portfolios" record their progress, allowing parents access to stay informed about their child's advancements and well-being.
